Hi, I have a Surface and a laptop. I currently use the Thunderbird mail on my surface. I just got a laptop. How can I use Thunderbird for both computer WITHOUT creating another profile. Meaning if I do any email work (sending, deleting, creating a folder) on surface, I should be able to see on my laptop of the changes and also vice-versa. Is that possible with just one profile and use for two computer? If yes, what should I do? (I have cloud drive).

Anyone has tried it? I would like to get it to work since Thunderbird is so easy.

Thanks.

P.S. anyone know if Thunderbird has "out-of-office" or "vacation" notice?

IMAP mail accounts have synchronization of mail sent folder etc.

Vacation and out of office is best done using a server side process. Most providers have one. Anything in Thunderbird requires you to have Thunderbird and the computer running all the time you are away. Sort of a waste really. more here https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1261825#answer-1229893
