I am using Firefox 86.0.1 on both a desktop and laptop computer using windows 10. On the laptop, when I scroll down a page, click a like to go to anther page, then use the back button to return, I am returned to scrolled down position. On the desktop, when I do the same, I am returned to the top of the page. Any suggestions on how to get the desktop to act like the laptop and return to the prior scrolled position?

Thanks

I get around this by; When I find a link I want to check out, I open it in a new tab/window. Then when I am done, I close it and am back where I started.
