Hi, the first step is to set Windows to show hidden files and folders:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/show-hidden-files-0320fe58-0117-fd59-6851-9b7f9840fdb2

Next, I'll refer to your old drive as the "E" drive. Explore up:

E:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles

That should have one or more folders, each of which contains a subfolder named bookmarkbackups.

Those files typically have the creation date coded into their names, so you can find the most recent one or two and copy/paste them to your desktop for quicker access.

To restore one of those files, use the steps in the following article. You'll need to use "Choose File" and point Firefox to your desktop or wherever you decided to copy/paste the files.

Restore bookmarks from backup or move them to another computer
