Does your antivirus software normally tell you when software has a known flaw and needs to be updated? Just want to make sure this is a legit message and isn't leading you to a sketchy download site...

There have been two recent updates to Firefox:

  • March 5th - 97.0.2 fixing two critical security vulnerabilities (Release Notes)
  • March 8th - 98.0 new major update fixing other security vulnerabilities (Release Notes)

And for quick reference: Update Firefox to the latest release
