Log into Microsoft OneDrive on the web no longer works
I have Firefox 100.0.1 on my Mac desktop, and Firefox 100.0 on my MacBook Pro laptop. I can no longer access my Microsoft OneDrive account via the web on my desktop, but I still can do so on my laptop. I have gone through your posted troubleshooting steps for Firefox on my desktop, to no avail. How do I get my desktop back to version 100.0 so it will work again? I can access my OneDrive account via the web on my desktop when I use the Safari browser, so the issue is definitely with Firefox version 100.0.1, and not with my desktop.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Please explain the problem in detail. What does/doesn't happen? What are the exact error messages?
What have you tried already?
On my desktop, I normally get to the web version of my OneDrive by clicking on the OneDrive icon in my Mac's menu bar and selecting "view online". I also normally get to it through my OneDrive bookmark. When I try these options, a browser tab opens up and after taking over a minute to connect to my OneDrive location, it stops and leaves me with a completely blank page. There is never an error message. I tried getting to my OneDrive through the Microsoft login page, which gives me a link that is supposed to connect me directly with onedrive.com, but the browser tab which opens up does exactly the same thing as when I try going through the OneDrive icon. When I go through these steps on my MacBook Pro with Firefox 100.0, I have no issues and get to my OneDrive location quickly. If I go through these steps on my desktop using Safari, I also have no issues.

Well today the normal functionality is back - I checked it before trying any of the additional things you suggested. For now the prior behavior is a mystery. I will keep your suggestions in mind if I have trouble getting to OneDrive in the future. Thanks.
It could be the issue was with the website itself, and the problem was fixed.
I have Firefox 100.0.2 with Widows 10. Can no longer access OneDrive. Other browsers work though. I am testing Total Cookie Protection. Maybe that?
Restarted in Safe mode. Now OneDrive works OK, even after restarting in normal mode.
And now with Firefox 103, OneDrive has again stopped opening. Running in troubleshooting mode did not work to correct it this time.
You can check for issues with Total Cookie Protection.
