Scrolling wheel not working in Firefox!

I can't scroll using the mouse wheel but i can using arrows. I can scroll normally in the troubleshoot version of Firefox.

Tried the following: -Refreshing Firefox -Uninstall and reinstall -Removing all Extensions

nothing of the above worked.
