After search, how to retrieve original content of email thread?

When I search for all email from a particular sender, I get conversations with what looks like the items I want, but upon opening many entries look something like this:

The actual content of the message can not be opened. How do I fix this? Thanks.

Try to rebuild the index file of the troubled folder.

Right-click the folder - Properties - Repair Folder

Then make sure you're on the latest version - TB 128.3.3.
