When I sign out of hotmail, I see the typical logout page URL in the address bar, but then it redirects to bing instead of going to the MSN homepage.

Is it just when signing out of Hotmail, or when you try to search? Try http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Searches+are+redirected+to+another+site
