I am trying to set up firefox 's tabs so that you can automatically go from tab to tab without having to click each tab and have it timed let's say for 3 seconds each tab (So I can surf traffic exchanges more efficiently)?

Hello Diane.

Try using Tab Mix Plus. Among the many many useful features it has (like configuring tabbed browser to fit your exact needs, please spend a minute or two tweaking it, because you'll gain a lot in work flow), it includes an option where you can click F8 and it will change to the next tab automatically after X seconds (that time is configurable).
