I've been trying to follow the French Open and Wimbledon through slamtracker and it does not load on firefox (My version says 3.6.4). I always have to load it on Internet Explorer. Everytime i try to load the page (http://www.wimbledon.org/en_GB/tracker/index.html), I get this error message:

The content selected requires features of Adobe Flash Player only supported on the following browsers:

 Internet Explorer 7.0 and higher
 Mozilla 1.7.5 and higher
 Firefox 1.0 and higher
 Opera 9 and higher
 Safari 1.3 and higher

Please use one of these browsers to see this content.

What flash upgrade do I not have or am not getting? I have nstalled the Adobe flash update that firefox prompted me to... Please help!

Hello Vidya.

You may be having a problem with some Firefox add-on that is hindering your Firefox's normal behavior. Have you tried disabling all add-ons (just to check), to see if Firefox goes back to normal?

Whenever you have a problem with Firefox, whatever it is, you should make sure it's not coming from one of your installed add-ons, be it an extension, a theme or a plugin. To do that easily and cleanly, run Firefox in safe mode and select Disable all add-ons. If the problem disappears, you know it's from an add-on. Disable them all in normal mode, and enable them one at a time until you find the source of the problem. See this article for information about troubleshooting extensions and theme. You can troubleshoot plugins the same way.

If you want support for one of your add-ons, you'll need to contact its author.

Check the general.useragent prefs on the about:config page. You can open the about:config page via the location bar, just like you open a website. Filter: general.useragent If any general.useragent prefs are bold (user set) then right-click that pref and choose Reset.
