My son had me check the Internet Options in the Control Panel. The Internet Options had something clicked that I had not chosen, as if it was an automatic assumption by the newest Firefox. I had to unclick it. Here is what I did:

Close Firefox. Then On your computer, Click the START BUTTON, then choose INTERNET OPTIONS, then CONNECTIONS, then check to see if the option LAN SETTINGS is clicked. If it is UNCLICK IT. Do not click any other options there. Close the panel.

Now you can re-open FireFox and go to the coupons page. When I did and clipped the coupons I desired to print, they automatically were sent to my printer and I was able to print them for the first time in weeks. I'd been about pulling my hair out trying to figure this out on my own. I should have called my son first -- He works for Geek Rescue!

Coupon Printer requires a plugin. When a new version of FF is released, the plugin is more than likely not compatible. The plugin author has to make it compatible in order to work. However, if you install or have installed IE Tab Plus and switch rendering engines, it will work in any version of FF including 4.0+. Also keep in mind that Coupon Printer requires Active-X to run properly, something that "can" be a security risk in Firefox, etc.

Help! I have a MAC OS X 10.4.11 and I am using Firefox, when I download the coupon printer it says it is installed. When I go to print a coupon, it says to download the coupon printer first, as if I haven't done it yet. You all are talking about plug-ins? Do I need one? I'm Lost! Thanks -Jen

Where do you find the plug in that everyone is talking about? What exactly is the name of this plug in?

there is a simple solution for this i have tried and tested on different PC's and OS

(xp and win7)

The problem lies in when you upgrade firefox

to fix this all you have to do is go into "my computer"

then go to

C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox

create a new folder called plugins

then run the setup for coupon printer again, should install no problem :)
