Firefox prints only the first page of a web article even when checking the radio button for the additional page(s). This happens on two different printers. In other words, Print All prints only page 1.

File > Print Preview = if all you see is one page, that's all that's going to print
There's a few old Bugs in Firefox that can cause that to happen.
