You can install two Addons

Addblock Plus Addblock Plus Pop-Up Addon

Go into Addblock Plus Options and add the URL of the site that you don't want to pop up to the Filter Rule ---- My Add Blocking Rules

Then in Addblock Plus Pop-Up click on Options and add the site, that you don't want to pop-up to the blacklist of sites

This popup phenom happens on just about every site I visit. Blocking them one at a time is not feasible. On my old XP machine with Trend Micro and Firefox I do not have a problem. On my new Windows 7 machine with MacAffee and Firefox I have the problem. System settings for blocking are set to high on both machines.
