Hiding the menu in Firefox 4 makes the Bookmarks menu pop up in on the right end of my Bookmarks toolbar.

When I upgraded to Firefox 4 my Bookmarks toolbar was still there but instead of going across the entire screen, on the right side is the drop-down Bookmarks menu (with options Show All Bookmarks, Bookmark this Page, and all my bookmark folders). When I turn the Menu Bar back on it disappears from this place since it is in the Menu Bar instead. I would like to have the Menu Bar hidden, but I don't want the Bookmarks menu taking up room in my Bookmarks toolbar either. Is there any way to move it (or remove it)?

I had the same problem. Try removing the drop-down Bookmarks button from the Navigation Bar.
