I have tab loading progress bar missing from tabs, even in safe mode. Why is this?
Page loading progress bar should be normally displayed on tabs. I don't have it. Neither with all add-ons enabled nor in Safe Mode.
I upgraded to Firefox 4 from a previous version. I had Tab Mix Plus installed that before FF4 provided a tab loading progress bar itself.
After upgrading Firefox I decided I didn't like the look of new progress bar and switched it off in Tab Mix Plus. I disabled and removed Tab Mix Plus afterwards, opting to use Tab Utilities instead. Ever since I removed Tab Mix Plus, the tab loading bars are missing.
I tried re-installing Tab Mix Plus, which did make the progress bars re-appear... until I removed TMP, that is (without disabling the progress bar in TMP this time).
Is there some chrome option that I have disabled because of Tab Mix Plus?

Firefox 4 does not include a tab loading progress bar. Mozilla were testing one during Firefox 4 development but removed it due to performance issues. You will need to use an add-on such as Tab Mix Plus or Status-4-Evar to get a progress bar.

Status-4-Evar conflicts with another add-on I use, but I understand that using an add-on is the only way to get a progress meter.
