silverlight won't install, will only install for administrator, I am the administrator

Firefox will not let me install Silverlight 1. It says it needs an administrator and I am the administrator on this computer. I guess I need to know how to start Firefox as the administrator and hopefully that will work. Any other suggestions?

Download the Silverlight installer to the desktop and close Firefox.
Start the installation via the right-click context menu: "Run as... > Administrator"
