Upgraded from 3.6 to 4.0.1 then tried installing a theme for 4.0.1 but I'm getting "Not available for Firefox 3.6.2". I tried uninstalling and reinstalling 4.0.1 but no joy. Even though I'm actually running 4.0.1, the browser still identifies as 3.6.2. How do I fix this?

Chosen solution

You have a corrupted user agent that identifies you as Firefox/3.6.2

  • Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-GB; rv:1.9.2.2) Gecko/20100316 Firefox/3.6.2

I have experienced a similar situation. In my case however, my printing software cannot function completely. I can print but I can not choose options from properties. eg. choosing double sided Unfortunately I cannot help you with your problem. I wish I could.

Thank you for that. Resetting useragent fixed it.
