My Start Page says "Firefox is not able to show the Toolbar. Please re-install the Toolbar." Why is this and how do I reinstall the Toolbar?

Also, after I download Firefox I get a message that says "Warning: Unresponsive Script A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete. Script: chrome: //tavgp/content/libs/include.js:595 I have clicked both Continue and Stop Script and either way I get the Start Page asking me to reinstall the Toolbar. HELP!!!!!!!!
