I tried to update two laptops with the same results. I am told that the file is corrupt when trying to install the full version. I am told that the publisher could not be verified when I try to update from version 5.0 and when I continue to upgrade, I am informed that the file is corrupt.

I am running Norton Internet Security.

Uninstalling Firefox and then deleting the Mozilla directory and downloading and installing the full version 6.0 worked. Thank you for your help.
