Just updated to 7.01 on my Mac - am being held hostage by slow-to-boot doubleclick and other ads which prevent me from reading my email (aol) and also reading articles on sites like salon.com.

The sponsored ads parts of sites at completely slowing down everything. (Tried switching to Safari and didn't have this problem.)

Use these add-ons (better to use both of them):

-> Adblock Plus 1.3.10

-> Adblock Plus Pop-up Addon 0.2.9

Check and tell if its working.
