Ok, what we know is:
You're from Taiwan, have Firefox 8.0 and Avast installed on Windows 7. And now you have problems with opening Firefox sometimes, probably because of Avast.
Try to do theese things:
1. Update Avast and scan your system
2. If you have problems with Avast - go to http://www.avast.com and download the latest (free) version => uninstall, then install Avast again and scan your system.
3. Check if your system is up to date
4. If you have problems with Firefox go to www.getfirefox.com => download it, uninstall and install Firefox again.
If this doesn't help and Avast won't find any viruses then i don't know what can be the problem. Maybe it's some sort of Windows issue. Or if you can, tell me more details about the problem and we'll think again :)
