Hi,

Firefox can usually resume from interrupted downloads as long as Firefox is not closed or exited. If you are already using Firefox to download the latest version full installer, then most likely there wouldn't be a problem between the dial-up interruptions. Also you can make sure by going to Tools (Alt + T) > Downloads (or Ctrl + J) and right-click the entry and try to resume if it's not automatically picked up.

If this is not working as expected, then you may have to look for alternate ways.
