For some reason flash videos freeze constantly on firefox. I don't use IE but I have no problems with Chrome. I tried to update firefox, update flash, disable all "un-necesary" pulgins, disable hardware acceleration and reset firefox. Nothing seems to help. The sound of the videos is oftenly played smoothly, but the picture updates only once in 2-5 secounds.

Having Win7 on my laptop. Hardware: Intel i3, 4Gb DDR3, Intel HD Graphics 3000.

Hi Rider_from_north

try to Downgrade to Flash 10.3 but remember, it is important, to uninstall your flash 11.4 with adobe uninstaller program(it is in the link) DON'T worry the 10.3 flash is updated before 3 - 4 days(https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/forums/contributors/708573?last=48772#post-48758)

[the FIRST link is referent to 11.3 flash, it is the same steps to 11.4]

thank you

Try to disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin and possibly protected mode as well.
