Why are there lines flashing in the upper right hand of my browser, like a glitch?

The browser has some flashing lines in the upper right hand corner. Restarting or reinstalling the browser does not help. I did not install new plug ins or add on's. it flashes on and off randomly. And only when i have firefox on. Its not my display either.

hello, please try updating your graphics driver (this should be the right link for your model & system: http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Pages/radeonaiw_vista64.aspx), or in case this doesn't solve the issue, disable hardware acceleration in firefox > options > advanced > general.
