how do I recover my downloads from the firefox "tools" too complicated for me.

I went to help, clicked downloads, and by accident cleared all my downloads. Can I get the list of downloads back. I only wanted to delete one. (that was a mistake also) ended up deleting them all & can't find a way to get my list back. I am not too brilliant with a computer. thanx

nothing happened, my download list did not appear. I clicked tools, then clicked downloads, and it is still a blank list.
