Lost firefox, no browser, how to transfer firefox from laptop?

I had two firefox files on my desktop. When I deleted one the other one was also deleted. IE isn't working so I don't have a browser. I tried copying firefox from my laptop using a flash drive, but the flash drive doesn't show up on my laptop in order to copy firefox to it. Is there anyway I can recover firefox?
