When watching a video, it will only play the beginning part of the video and not the entire thing.
I've made sure i've updated my plugins and made sure my graphics drivers are all up to date. I'm running windows 7, & firefox 24. I've noticed ever since firefox came out with a new version of the browser, i'm not able to watch an entire video online. (mtv, hulu, etc.) it only lets me view just the beginning portion of it, then it stops playing and at the bottem of the video it says "the video will return shortly" but never plays again. I do however am able to see an entire video on youtube. Any suggestion on how to solve the problem i am having. I know its not the website because ive used a different browser and i'm able to view an entire video online.

If you use extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) that can block content (e.g. Adblock Plus, NoScript, Flash Block, Ghostery) then make sure that such extensions aren't blocking content.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.

Also make sure that your security software isn't blocking the videos or otherwise interfering.
Okay. I found out the issue. Started it in safe mode, didnt have the problem even though the hardware accleration was turn off. So it wasnt the accleration. However when i exited out of safe mode i still have the problem when the video wont play completely. So I removed some of the anti ad on apps i had on my firefox that blocks annoying pop up ads. I'm now able to see my video completely!
Thanks for the help.
