My existing email accounts all have subfolders for each client. The subfolders are created on my main PC. When I open these accounts in Thunderbird none of the subfolders appear. Is there a way to make this happen?

Chosen solution

If you use IMAP mail all folders and mail will synchronise to the server. If you use POP mail accounts only the inbox content is downloaded.

Ipso facto Use IMAP.

I too have the same problem, which I had thought was as a result of an incomplete installation of somewhat when I recently started using Thunderbird, and I am using IMAP.

The issue went away, but now it has come back.

How do I get to see the 'Draft' and 'Deleted' folders that are not displayed on one of my 3 accounts - even if View:Folders:All is selected?
