environment: macbook pro early 2011 os mavericks 10.9.2 thunderbird v29.0 I have multiple IMAP and POP accounts

Since the previous release of T-B autocomplete no longer suggests names. In addition, the name filed defaults to a red colour type font, and I also notice I have 5 separate instances of personal address book, collected address book and MAC OS X address book....

Help pls!

Thanks

Chosen solution

Check to see if it's another add-on causing the problem, by running in safe mode (Help/Restart with Add-ons Disabled). Autocomplete is working here on TB 30.

Do you have MoreFunctionsForAddressBook installed? It breaks address autocomplete in non-release versions of TB, e.g. TB 29 beta, Earlybird 30.
