Tabs constantly crashing
Hi, I apologize in advance for sending this thread out from my mobile browser, but it's the safer option at this point.
This problem started after I went into my about:config page and disabled browser.tabs.unloadOnLowMemory. After these crashes began, I went and re-enabled this setting, but the problem persisted on all websites.
So far, I've:
- Opened and closed Firefox an innumerable amount of times
- Uninstalled a potentially beefy addon (Shinigami Eyes)
- Ensured 'recommended performance settings' & 'use hardware acceleration' were disabled
- Refreshed Firefox (and restored all addons & themes to how they previously were)
I really don't know what to do, and I'm very distressed. I want to keep using Firefox! I'm hesitant about uninstalling & reinstalling, but if that's the solution I can try it out.
Thank you in advance ^_^
