Can't deliver email with attachment
After upgrade to Thunderbird 31.0 (Mac Mavericks) I can no longer send an email with an attachment. I get a server timeout.
Emails without attachments are delivered without problem.
I reverted to Eudora OSE and was able to send the attachment.

using anti virus on your mac? If so turn it off and try sending. The worst I have seen for this is McAfee, but they are all pigs where email is concerned.
Nope, no AV running. This just started after upgrading to v 31.0. Emails without attachments go fine.
Just back-graded to 24.6.0 and all working again.
