Why does my location change every time I start/restart my computer?

I have yahoo weather set to my location. Every time I switch to an other account or start /restart my computer it changes to another location. I follow the "Firefox cure" Yahoo gives for the problem but it continues to do the same . This started about a week ago when I updated Firefox. The problem is about to drive me nuts.

Some added toolbar and anti-virus add-ons are known to cause Firefox issues. Disable All of them.
