I want to fill out an IRS form that is intended to be completed online. However, no matter what I've tried (Adobe Reader, Add-ons etc.), I cannot activate my keyboard and type. Please advise. Thank you.

It sounds as though the form is a PDF. I'm not sure there is a good alternative to Adobe's stand-alone mobile app for PDF forms. There are very few binary plugins for Firefox on Android.
