Firefox crashes
Hi', Firefox started to crash unexpectedly after a couple of months since I first installed it. It had happen before, reason why I had to switch to Chrome. I never really tried to find out why until now. It doesn't happen at startup just randomly and unexpectedly. Tried the comon solutions of uninstalling it, reinstalling Adobe Flash player, the computer is well maintained and cleaned regularly with CClaner and Windows Security suite. Any idea what I can do to solve it> Thank you in advance!

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
While still in Safe Mode;
Some of your crash reports weren’t sent to the Mozilla Servers.
In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it and select Submit.
Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

I have several more like these and over 40 WITHOUT "bp" at the beginning like for example:

The "SUBMIT" function/request you asked didn't work. I couldn't find any "Submit" button to use. When I click in any of these without bp at the start another screen opens up analyzing in some way and when that is finished what it seems a "report" (result) comes up but no "Submit" button. Waiting for further instructions. BTW, still crashes in Safe Mode. Had to write this text twice because of it. Thanks!!

Five crashes in one day is far too many...
(1) One of today's crashes is Flash, and since the plugin's protected mode is still enabled, you could try disabling it. The protected mode feature of the Flash player plugin has security benefits, but seems to have compatibility issues on some systems. There is a new hidden setting for this:
(A) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter. Click the button promising to be careful.
(B) In the search box above the list, type or paste flash and pause while the list is filtered
(C) Double-click the dom.ipc.plugins.flash.disable-protected-mode preference to switch its value from false to true.
This might not take effect until all Flash has been unloaded for a few minutes, or you close Firefox.
(2) With respect to the other crashes today and yesterday, they have a similar "signature" as the crashes in the following thread, so you might take a look at the suggestions there: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1059562
We don't have to worry about those old reports.
Did you do an update? The last crash report says; Product Firefox Version 37.0.2 but the others say 37.0.1
I do not want to run my computer under Safe Mode because otherwise my browser doesn't work properly. I'm just trying to find a way to solve it before uninstalling Firefox altogether as I was forced to do previously. Two crashes so far today after just 1 hour of computer use. There is no update available for Windows nor Firefox available at this moment. It is fully updated, together with the latest Adobe Flash Player update. Around 10 crashes yesterday alone within a few hours of use. Any tangible and fixable reason why is doing it? I have Firefox running without problems in my other desktop pc. Why is this one showing problems? Thanks!

In Safe Mode, add-ons and most user settings are disabled. If the problem stops, that tells us one thing. If not, that tells us something else. Please use Safe Mode for a time. We need to see if it still crashes.
Product Firefox Version 37.0.2
The crash reports flagged;

mcbrwctl.dll = McAfee SiteAdvisor
Open the McAfee options, and tell it to leave the browsers alone.
McAfee SiteAdvisor has caused problems in the past. Also disable any McAfee anything in Firefox.
Just to clarify, Firefox's Safe Mode is different than Windows' Safe Mode and only affects Firefox.
Firefox's Safe Mode is a standard diagnostic tool to deactivate extensions and some advanced features of Firefox. More info: Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode.
If Firefox is not running: Hold down the Shift key when starting Firefox.
If Firefox is running: You can restart Firefox in Safe Mode using either:
- "3-bar" menu button > "?" button > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
- Help menu > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
and OK the restart.
Both scenarios: A small dialog should appear. Click "Start in Safe Mode" (not Refresh).
Any less crashy?

Ok, I haven't been much online these last couple of days but when I was I run it in Safe Mode and still crashed a few times. Perhaps "less" than in 'Normal mode' but still does it crash. I haven't really been online that long to know how less. Anyhow, there are the last reports I just collected for you guys. Let me know. Thank you!

I uninstalled the 'Mc.Afee site adviser' which was the only thing Mc'Afee thing I had. I have the feeling this may be it... I just turn it on today and I have with all on... We'll see... Thank you!

More crashes for you guys to review. Like I mentioned on my last report, I uninstalled the Mc.Afee site advisory which was the only McAfee product I still had and still crashes. I just turned the computer on for the first time today and I was welcomed almost immediately by another sudden crash... Any new data? Thank you!!

Ok, it looks like all your crashes are narrowed down to one crash which is related to your graphics card.
Try these two things:
- Update your graphics driver (http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows+7+-+64 should work).
- If that fails, disable Hardware Acceleration, Turning off hardware acceleration
In the meantime, I've escalated this up to engineering to see if there is anything else we can try, or alternatively, if we can get a fix into the next version of Firefox.
Thank you Tyler! I will try your suggestions right away!
After I updated my graphic card drivers I've still got a few crashes. They may be the first 2 or 3 from these below.

Well, it's at least giving us a different crash ID now! :D
Did you try disabling hardware acceleration?
