I am not syncing any devices but I recieved an alert that a device is syncing my account. How do I identify that device?

HI Anuck, There are two things that can be done:

  1. Go to the sync account listed on your Firefox Browser and click on "Manage..."
  2. In order to disconnect unwanted devices, change the password. However this will remove all devices from the account.

Also to note, if there is a listed account in this preference about:preferences#sync an account is indeed attached.
