What version of FF can I get the Norton Identify Safe to work on?

more options

I want to install a older version of FF just so I can use the Identify safe. I use many web sites everyday that requires Passwords. FF wants us to use it but at the same time it causes the most problems like this. Send response to xxxxxx@yahoo.com to make sure I get it. Thanks I currently have FF 39.0 and up to yesterday the Norton Identify Safe was working.

So others can know the answer to your question, I will answer here. The Norton Identity Safe (formerly known as the Norton toolbar) can now be updated. Firefox (version 42.0) notified me that Norton Identity Safe wanted to install in Firefox. I let it happen and it works. If that did not happen with you, go to this website to know how to download and install the toolbar. https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/v58055475_EndUserProfile_en_us

Make sure you update Norton as well, as this will help install the Norton toolbar in Firefox.

Hi thaipo, unfortunately for IdentitySafe users, Norton just updated its toolbar the other day. This made some toolbar features compatible with Firefox 40+, but now Identity Safe will no longer work with that toolbar in any version of Firefox. Of course Norton is promising a second update, but no time frame has been given.

If you don't want to switch to a different password manager, then unfortunately you're stuck copying/pasting passwords, or using a different browser for sites where you need your Vault to log in.
