Cannot change color of window top row
The color of the upper portion of the window is pale blue. Only the window borders conform to the color I select in the color options shown in Settings/Personalization/Colors. This behavior is seen in no other application but Thunderbird, and it started yesterday. (Running Thunderbird 45.0, in 64 bit Windows 10.)
Thank you for any help with this matter.
