Help, About, What's new shows old version info

In Help, About it says I have 47.0.1 and it has a button to Update to 48.0. But when I click on "What's new" to find out what's new in 48.0, it shows me a page about what's new in 47.0.1

So, one that's a bug I guess, and two, where can I see what's new in 48.0 so I can read about it before updating?

Hi, please see https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/releases/ and click on 48.0 or anything else!
