When I try to download a YouTube video, says I need FVD Downloader to convert the file , I installed it but is is not on list of apps. I tried to install again and says already installed. I am using using Windows XP3.

You should check with its support. BTW, I think this is an add-on, so it would be listed in the Add-ons Manager, not the computers apps.
