For two months now, I can't access midatlantic.aaa.com. The error message says it exceeded the maximum permissible length. AAA is a reputable website. Advice??
I can no longer access the AAA Automobile Club website in the midatlantic area (midatlantic.aaa.com) Although there is an option link to "Try Again", it never works and hasn't for at least two months now. I make all my travel arrangements on this website and have for years. It's very difficult now and I tried going to the "Learn More" link on the error message but the troubleshooting page did not list my error code as one of the ones there was guidance for. The error message says: Secure Connection Failed. An error occurred during a connection to aca.aaa.com. SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length. Error code: SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.
AAA is a large, well established and reputable company so there should be no questionable security or certificate issues. I've spoken with their technical support and they say they have no problem with their website. Can you please help me access them again or, at least, troubleshoot the problem? Thank you.

I had no problem with the link.
There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connections and send their own certificate.
