Firefox 60.0 OSX 10.13.3 has audible clicks during playback of all Youtube videos, other browsers no problem.
Firefox 60.0 OSX 10.13.3 has audible periodic clicks during playback of all Youtube videos, Safari and Vivaldi have no problem playing all these videos.

Please tell me more about what what is "audible clicks" ?

See attached audio waveform images. Problem probably best described as discontinuous audio blocks...

Then it would be even better if file a bug report.
Also the suggestion of uninstall and put a new one in.
