for some reason, i can't download my statements from my bank anymore. the bank says it's not on their side. help!

This is a Windows O/S permission privilege problem not a Browser issue. How are you trying to save the statement?

HI, please disable your McAfee® WebAdvisor and then restart Firefox and see if you still get the error on the page.

West end: to download my bank statements, i go to the statement i want, click to download it, open the download and then save it to my folder.
