One message in inbox can not be deleted, all others can.
I have one email message from Tivo in my inbox that can not be deleted. If that email is in a selected group of 50, all 50 will fail to delete. If it is in a group of 3, all 3 will fail to delete. If I try to "1 at a time" delete messages before it or after it, the others will delete as normal as I click delete on each one. Except this message, nothing happens when it is highlighted and delete is clicked. I have tried deleting the contents of the trash folder and that cleared out as expected. Also tried restarting in safe mode with add-ons disabled (I don't think I have any), neither had any effect on the inability to delete this one message. I really hope someone hasn't figured out how to keep emails from being deleted, or there is a bit that can be toggled to cause it, because someone will find it eventually.

If you access the account via webmail, can the Tivo message be deleted? When the headers and message bodies are misaligned, you might be able to repair the index by right-clicking the folder, Properties, Repair Folder.

I am now thinking this is less about that email than a bug in Thunderbird. Having discovered if I try to open that problem email (had already been read sometime in the past), instead of opening the problem email from Tivo the "opened email" shows the header of the last message read. As this is complicated to explain, I have created and uploaded a youtube showing the problem in action. https://youtu.be/7iLcVT-sSys Thank you for trying to help.

Could not access via webmail as they are deleted upon download. However running repair folder made the undeletable email disappear. Thank you.
