Hello, I sent one email with 2 attached files. I want to print the mail - I need the mail body and, at the finish, the name of the two attached files, but in the preview (and on the printed mail too) appear only one file name. Please a little help, how to make to appear both two file name. Thank you

The second, 'missing' attachment is a p7s file, is not meant to be opened (the first attachment, the pdf file, contains the relevant info), so it's not surprising that it's not displayed in the printed copy.

According to this site, "Technically you can open a p7s file in Microsoft Outlook, but it’s not really a file that’s necessarily meant for a user to open, it’s their for the email client to authenticate the sender of the secure email message. There’s not really much you get out of opening it."

Hello I need the evidence that the email was sent whit both the 2 files. In the end of the printed copy must appear 2 files, the p7s file too. In my computer (version 60), everything is ok, but in other (version 38) is not. Why the difference? Best regards

I don't know why or when it was changed, but why use v. 38? I think even Windows XP can use v. 52.

re : But on other computer (version 38), I have the problem described above. As mentioned by sfhowes, I suggest you update from version 38 to a newer version and try again. Uninstall Thunderbird, then download from the link below and install. Then check to see if the newer versions have fixed the issue you are experiencing.

As mentioned , version 52 is the last version to support XP SP3. See the requirements at link below to check: https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/52.0/system-requirements/

This is link to version 52.9.1 http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/thunderbird/releases/52.9.1/

For Windows OS click on 'win32' Select language download and run the exe file.

Alternative options: 1)Try this: Right click on email in Message List and select 'Save as' Window opens. Choose where to save eg: Desktop Filename: change the extension from .eml to .txt click on 'Save'

Then open the saved .txt file using eg: Notepad File > Print

2)Open email in a new window - right click on email in Message List and select 'Open email in new window'. Do a screendump, put it in 'Paint' program, crop as required and save as jpg image. Then print the image.
