The main window font size is too small. How will I know when an add on is available to fix it?

The main window font size is so small as to be virtually unreadable, despite having a large screen on my Mac. I used to have an add on which fixed it but it is now disabled with the latest release. I am on Thurderbird release 68.4.1. How will I find out when there is a new add on to fix this problem. Many thanks - Charles H
