Incorrect display on BBC weather site

more options

Morning all

FF 86.01.1 (64) on Win 10 Pro AMD processor.

FF used to display the BBC weather site as shown on attached SM.jpg , taken on Sea Monkey.

It now displays the attached image FF.jpg where the text on the 'Today' tab is abbreviated.

FF still displays correctly on a second PC running on an Intel processor.

Both PC's were recently updated to the latest Microsoft versions (OS build 18363.1440)

Any suggestions as to why this is happening?

Regards

Dave Johnson

Tried that. The entire screen zooms in and out properly.

The problem is that some of the text is missing on the tab.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, it didn't work either.

I'm waiting for a response from the BBC site.

I'll let you know what they say / do.
