Why do I get this message when I try to go to NBT Banks website: The page isn’t redirecting properly

An error occurred during a connection to nbtbank.com.

   This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

I only get this on my laptop, my desktop works fine. The settings on both browsers are set the same.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
