I'm curretnly trying to sign into a new device, but the new device keeps telling me that the password is incorrect. However, it's literally the account that I'm signed into right now, whose credentials I am able to see and verify.

1) Have you changed your password at all within the past 1-3 months? If you have changed it more than once, how many times have you changed it?

2) What is the device and application that you're trying to sign into? Please also provide the software version for both the operating system and the application.
