Add ons download failed, says check connection
When trying to download add on, it says download failed. Please check your connection. My internet connection is fine, not sure how to troubleshoot this issue.

It is possible that your CrowdStrike Falcon Sensor A/V software is causing the problem. Try to disable security software temporarily to see if that makes a difference.
Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support to see if that has effect.
