My btinternet imap account is not showing the Spam folder
I have go in to my BT email (btinternet) account online to view/empty my Span content, because my Thunderbird imap account does not show Spam. Help needed please.

Try highlighting account in left folder pane, rightclick and select 'subscribe' to see if Spam folder is ticked.
